Certificate Matching: Stones must match their accompanying certificates exactly. Any discrepancies will be investigated before processing returns.

Secure Packaging: Always return gemstones in their original gem papers, boxes, or protective containers to prevent damage during shipping.

Important: All gemstone returns require prior authorization and insured shipping. We are not responsible for stones lost or damaged during return transit. Always use trackable, insured shipping methods.

Our Return Policy

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized items, may not be eligible for return. Please see the product description for details.
To initiate a return, please visit our website and go to the ‘Shipping & Returns’ page. There you will find a link to our return portal. Follow the instructions to submit your return request. You will need your order number and email address to complete the process.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your return within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
